Refund Policy

Wesley Chapel Volleyball Club Inc (WCVC) reserves the right to cancel any tournament, clinic, or team activity due to a lack of enrollment.  A full refund will be provided.

A full refund will be provided (less 20% for administration fees) for withdrawal from any tournament, clinic, or time activity if WCVC is notified two weeks prior to the event.  Notification of withdrawals less than two weeks of the event will be refunded at 50%.

No refund will be provided for any notification of withdrawals 24 hours or less of an event.

A prorated refund will be provided upon request for withdrawals due to injury or extenuating circumstances.  WCVC will not provide a refund for any player who decides to leave the team after the parent and player sign the Letter of Commitment.  WCVC will not provide a refund for any player released from the team due to disciplinary reasons.  The Club Director will speak to the parent prior to the release of any player.

No refund will be issued directly to the athlete.
